The Global Empathy Project shall at its own cost, take all necessary steps to mitigate the continuation of the compromise, the repetition of a similar compromise, and mitigate the extent of the loss occasioned by the compromise of the Personal Information and implement all measures reasonably necessary to restore the integrity of The Global Empathy Project information system.
